Worked on lighting
Updated shaders to use UBO for cameradata.
Update submodule DMath to latest master version (22.03.2019)
Added CircleCollider component. Still WIP.
Modified MeshRenderer component to use reduced matrices.
Added PointLight component. Still WIP.
Renamed ScriptBase::Start to ScriptBase::SceneStart.
Added simple error report system in OpenGL backend.
Modified Renderer::CameraInfo::GetModel to use new DMath perspective function.
